I’ve just set up my new iPhone, logged in with iCloud and none of my lists are showing ?!? What about to the iCloud’s integration?!?

Do you still have your previous device?
There is an iCloud daily backup and restore feature but if it didn’t trigger, I wonder if iCloud Drive was turned off on the previous phone. (Clear’s backup requires this.) If you still have your device, if this setting is off, you could turn it on.
(If the above isn’t relevant, final resort would be a full iCloud device restore, which should definitely have your lists on it, but it is a longer process!)
I don’t have these options. This is an iPhone upgrade. My previous iPhone was backed up daily with iCloud Drive enabled. I have logged in with my Apple ID and all of my data has been restored, except Clear. Where are the iCloud options within the Clear app?
I have to be honest, his has happened before and is quite infuriating.

If you tried the link I posted and it didn’t find any backups, then for some reason the daily backups feature was not working… we will be looking for other support coming in this week with new iPhones.
Did you restore your new iPhone to a full device backup? Or set it up fresh?
If you set it up fresh, I would expect restoring it to your previous phone’s most recent backup would bring it back.
I’m sorry about this mess-up! Not sure yet what exactly went wrong but if it’s a bug we will be trying to figure this out.

The other thing I will note is I went through a restore process (previous device to a new iPhone) myself, and noticed a bit of a lag before my data came in. But this should still be a viable last resort option. If you want to try this you can reach out to me on iMessage, phill@impending.com
