Someone's Else's List Synced To My List

Yesterday, I had an iPhone update and a Clear App update, after which I opened my Clear app, and saw my lists as usual, but before my eyes, it changed to someone else’s list - in (what I assume) was Korean, as there were email addresses, and other private information.

I didn’t think of taking a screenshot.

I panicked and deleted the app and then downloaded the app again, hoping my lists would download from iCloud automatically, but they didn’t.

I’ve now lost all my lists and have tried everything, even restoring my phone from a backup, but with no luck. Clear app was set to back up to iCloud, but there is no sign of it in my iCloud drive.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Sorry if this happened to you.

During the last app update, some users encountered an issue where their list was merged into another list. Unfortunately, yours is one of them.

We are working on an urgent fix and will send you a test flight build link that lets you restore from your iCloud backup. Please hold tight and don’t do anything else now.
