Hey folks ! Members only reward - sitting at zero percent (I’m a pro subscriber). What’s meant to happen to move the reward on ?
Hey there, we’re aware of an issue where users who redeemed a code for Clear Pro time are not receiving credit for this Reward, and will have a fix in a future update. Did you happen to redeem a code as well, or signed up through payment?
I signed up for pro via the App Store when first downloading the update. I then received a message with the clear codes and applied that. When I opened the app again I had a members only reward waiting for me. I can’t recall for sure where I saw that I had the reward but I believe it was in the shop.
I redeeemd via a code. Just checked again after installing 2.4.1 and it is still sitting at 0%. Not sure if that was intended or if is still a future fix?
The fix was not ready yet for 2.4.1 and should be in the next update!
As someone else who has been excited for the new Members Only theme, I’m happy to hear this!
