@Phill It would be REALLY cool if you added some keyboard shortcuts. ⌘+N to add a new item (or a new list) would be great. ⌘+↑ to go up a level would be great too
(Keyboard shortcuts work in other apps)

Haven’t implemented those before on iOS, but you definitely make me curious to check if it could be low hanging fruit. Will take a look at least.
