Clear 2.3 (Spotlight search, initial hotkeys, fixes)

Clear 2.3 should be available now on the App Store.

SPOTLIGHT SEARCH
Clear now integrates with system Spotlight search, so you can search across your lists. (Access it on your Home Screen by pulling down.)

HOTKEYS
Clear now supports some hotkeys on hardware keyboards, including iPhone mirroring. Type to add, escape to back out, or try Option + 1-9 to quickly switch between your first 9 lists.

Also some fixes:

  • Reminders set via language recognition will delete the text after
  • Fixed a small bug in the welcome quests
  • Fixed widgets not displaying with tinted home screens
  • Speed Demon reward condition fixed

These fixes and feature requests were all variously reported and requested here in the forums. Thanks everyone for your feedback and ideas through the year, and your patience + support as well. We wish you all a happy holiday :santa:

Sync project update: we have been working on sync since the summer, and are nearing the end of our list for initial alpha testing. I plan to post about this in the forums when ready, hopefully early January to kick off next year.

Does Clear 2.3 include the Apple Watch support?..
I hope so, because the beta is about to expire.

It does not, we will have to refresh that TestFlight when back after new years.

How did you get it? I’m trying all different ways but can’t unlock it.

I typed a few short words very quickly. Someone else suggested one, two, three, I think.

Just noting here that there should be a refreshed beta for people in the Watch TestFlight group as of a few minutes ago.

I used to be on the beta group. But don’t seem to be able to get in anymore :disappointed::disappointed::disappointed: could that be fixed Phill?

This is the Watch TestFlight, you could try rejoining it: Join the Clear: To Dos & Reminders beta - TestFlight - Apple

That happened to me with the beta before last and the last one as well. Instead of the build stating “build expired” TestFlight lists it as “developer removed you from the test program” or something close to that. All good now though.
