I tend to change around the themes in my lists quite a bit. With pro and previously purchased themes, fonts, and quotes, it’s quite cumbersome to change these for a list by scrolling all the way to the bottom of each category. There used to be a swipe the list title left to personalize it (testflight #4). I’m not sure that feature stuck, but could there be one in the future that makes it easier to personalize lists from the list itself?
