Less a bug and more optimization we need to get to!! You… have a lot right?
I think it needs to kind of lazy load them (the ones off screen as you scroll).
Tangential but also trying to figure out where to put archiving collectibles in the early roadmap.
But it doesn’t happen in “themes” menu and I have a lot there too.
But maybe icons are more heavy and iam being stupid with this comment ![]()
Ah yeah the other thing is the icons are rendering their full size there, compared to much smaller icon assets for other collectibles. iOS does allow us to include a whole bunch of different sizes per icon, but we have so many and a growing collection, so we go with the one full size that they scale down elsewhere. I am sure there is a reasonable way to optimize this for the list presentation though.
I think that the option to archive some less used icons is the cleanest solution for this nano issue.
It doesn’t bother me at all ATM. Just to let you know.
All I have to say is Lollapolaooza small + nano font!!! ![]()
Love it all so far. Haven’t noticed any new issues as of yet and I’m really happy with the widgets. Big plus on their availability. This goes for personalizing lists again as well. Another giant plus!
The only thing I’ll add that could be taken as a negative so far would be the multiple blackouts required to personalize a list in that each personalization has its own page all the way at the bottom. This makes it a bit less slick when you want to change a font and a theme per list. I may have missed something in the process that makes it easier though.
Not a huge deal though and off the top of my head can’t think of a better option. At least not so far.
I’m liking this release so far a lot! Oh, and those new themes in the shop today! Brilliant!!
Lol we tested this combo internally before shipping to make sure things didn’t totally break. It’s ridiculous but it is kind of delightful in a derpy way.
Please fix the sunset theme
it’s colors are incorrect - should be a fast fix
I updated the app few hours ago, looking good and thanks for the widget.
Minor interface bug, all lists with their title is pulled to close to the top, please see screenshot.
I only just started messing with per list theme customising finally (partially cause when the update dropped I assumed I had to swipe the list name in the list or long press or something and then forgot to check how it worked lol)
It’d be great if you could perhaps move the theme changing directly into the list (as I said perhaps a long swipe on the list name or something like that)
But it’s a been great feature to get to enjoy the theme collection and I can finally use and see all my themes better without having to manually switch them all the time!
Someone else commented but just wanted to echo it- the colors for the sunset theme are still wrong. This one is my favorite, would love to see it fixed!
Yeah will be trying to fix this for 2.1.2!
So the sunset theme issue is on the list too… though the fix is actually not unlocking sunset, the intended unlock is Midnight theme (for Night Owl reward).
I don’t remember exactly what happened. We do have Sunset in Figma but it’s not assigned yet to a reward, have a couple more ‘time of day’ ones planned for a little later.
You forgot to add the Star Wars theme in the store today ![]()
I’m using this one but today’s shop would be perfect for that theme.
Man that icon looks good there! And yeah I will try to get it ready for the next Star Wars day.
Didn’t notice this until it was pointed out, but I’m also seeing a small delay when opening the Icons list. I currently have 29/94 unlocked which doesn’t seem like that many.
I’m also seeing an even smaller delay when opening Fonts, it’s almost not noticeable, but it is there and given that I’m at 44/119 fonts, it may become more noticeable over time.
Not seeing any delays on opening the Themes, Quotes, or Sounds lists. I have far fewer quotes and sounds though.
We’ll get to this, have some general performance optimization fixes that we’ll be rolling out over the next few months. Triaging a couple things that are really getting in the way for people on older devices. (Have a surprising amount of people on like… 7 year old devices!)
This only happened after the latest update
