Hi @phillryu or @ben since updating to 2.4.4 my Apple watch is no longer syncing with Clear. I noticed that tasks were not being carried over to each and then uninstalled & reinstalled on my watch to no avail. It says to open iPhone app to sync, but when I do, nothing happens. My phone has the latest software as well. Hope you are able to solve. Thanks
Hi - was your Watch was properly syncing prior to updating to 2.4.4?
Could I request just a couple things:
- your phone model and iOS version
- send in logs by tapping the following link: clearx://export-logs
Hi Ben, sure it’s a 15 pro max ios 18.5. Apple Watch 10, 11.5 Yes, I believe everything was syncing fine prior. I just noticed when I went shopping today that items from my phone were missing from my watch. I’ll send the log right over. Thanks

At first glance - according to the logs, you are running Clear version 2.4.2. Could you double check the App Store and make sure no updates are available?
I updated to the new version a couple of days ago.
Hm yes you’re definitely fully updated, could I have you send in logs just one more time so I can make sure they’re the correct ones we’re looking at here.

@ben - not sure if this is helpful. Here is a photo of what my watch looks like. It is not syncing anything from my iPhone to it even when open. However, if I press on the watch screen, I can add an item from my watch to my phone. It still shows up empty on my watch but shows up as a new list on my phone.
Thanks for the additional info - trying to replicate the issue here on some test devices. We are double-checking a recent bug-fix impacting the main client right now, but I’ve let the team know about this issue and we’ll investigate the logs.
You had mentioned uninstalling and reinstalling Clear on your Watch - could I have you try doing so with the main client on your phone as well to see if that refreshes things? The iCloud backups should ensure data restoration, you can use the link I DM you to check your available backups.
Hi @ben - I just erased Clear from my phone and fresh re-installed. Still experiencing the same issue on my watch. Hope you are able to find a fix soon. Thanks
Also, not sure if this is helpful, after reinstalling Clear on my phone the Clear app phone watch installation just spins. The only way I can get it on my watch is to go to apps on my watch to install. However it is still not linking to my phone.
Is there any support or are you working on ios 26 at all? I’m using the Developer beta 2 and currently the watch has tap issues
I was able to solve my watch sync issue by archiving all of my lists and then pulling them back into active lists. They are all syncing once again with my watch.
Not as a priority currently - working to head into testing for sync soon, release, and then we can take a better look at some Watch and iOS related changes and fixes. If you have any more information on the tap issue I’ll note it down here for the team!
Glad you got your lists back working on Watch, and thanks for testing all this! I’ll note down this behavior and replicate it so we can figure out what’s going on there. It looks like you successfully forced a sync by moving the lists and the Watch managed to get things right this time. We’ll look into it further here.
