Hi @phillryu or @ben since updating to 2.4.4 my Apple watch is no longer syncing with Clear. I noticed that tasks were not being carried over to each and then uninstalled & reinstalled on my watch to no avail. It says to open iPhone app to sync, but when I do, nothing happens. My phone has the latest software as well. Hope you are able to solve. Thanks
Hi - was your Watch was properly syncing prior to updating to 2.4.4?
Could I request just a couple things:
- your phone model and iOS version
- send in logs by tapping the following link: clearx://export-logs
Hi Ben, sure it’s a 15 pro max ios 18.5. Apple Watch 10, 11.5 Yes, I believe everything was syncing fine prior. I just noticed when I went shopping today that items from my phone were missing from my watch. I’ll send the log right over. Thanks

At first glance - according to the logs, you are running Clear version 2.4.2. Could you double check the App Store and make sure no updates are available?
I updated to the new version a couple of days ago.
Hm yes you’re definitely fully updated, could I have you send in logs just one more time so I can make sure they’re the correct ones we’re looking at here.

@ben - not sure if this is helpful. Here is a photo of what my watch looks like. It is not syncing anything from my iPhone to it even when open. However, if I press on the watch screen, I can add an item from my watch to my phone. It still shows up empty on my watch but shows up as a new list on my phone.
