Shake to undo not working

Very happy with new Clear 2.xx and all the unlocked early adopter goodies.
Unfortunately ‘shake to undo’ is not working as expected (not at all in the app) on my iPhone 13 pro with iOs 17.2.1

We have some work to do here. Basically because of Clear’s custom UI we have to custom implement shake to undo.

For now it will work but only for destructive actions:

  • List deletions
  • Deleting items
  • Pulling to Clear away completed tasks

Hope to round this out more in the future but also hoping this key coverage covers the worst cases/emergencies for a while!

Hi! I know you’re very busy with the Pro and sync features, but I would like to know if there’s any news on this?
Just added a long list of items to the wrong list by mistake … now I’ll have to swipe off one-by-one, would be happy with a fix. Thanks.

Do you know batch drag + dragging to other lists? There’s instructions in this thread/doc: Upcoming Clear "How To" - #9 by alx_ras

You should be able to pick up all those items in one go, then use the other hand to navigate to the right list / drop them off there.

Thank you, nice workaround for wrong list, indeed. A bit hard on the cramped old fingers :wink:
Would still like to have “shake to undo” work as expected. No hurry, no worries, we’re patiently waiting for sync to happen first.
