Setting up a new iPhone, but unable to get backup

So I’ve just switched to another iPhone. Not a fresh install, just getting to a new iPhone with my current setup.

Still I’m unable to get the app to load the backup. I’ve lost all my app icons from Rewards. I can’t seem to be able to recover them, or see the prompt for backup.

Even if I install the TestFlight version, I still lost all my things, that aren’t tasks or lists.

How can I fix this, @ben @phillryu ?

We’ve heard a couple reports from users with issues when moving to a new device and have a test client going for troubleshooting which may help in your case.
