I have bought an app icon and can’t find it in my themes anymore. Any idea to fix the issue ?

PS : restarting the app/phone is inefficient. App icon is still missing in my theme menu.
PS : is there a direct mail issues like this one ?
Try to go to the store and click at the bottom to restore purchases, I think it should help you.
Sadly, no. I’ve restarted the app, the phone and restored the purchases two times. The icon is still missing.
Which icon was it? Can you check and see if it shows up in your App Store app under your purchase history?
It was “Fall leaves” and yes, it is in my purchase history. Should I send you my order number in the direct message ?
If you send an iMessage to help@impending.com we could try briefly putting the icon in the day’s shop when you’re around to check it. That should let you grab it again for free.
I don’t have a good theory right now though why it’s not restoring, but will have to see if we could reproduce it here. You don’t use multiple iCloud accounts or something do you?
Also just sanity checking, you mentioned it wasn’t in your Themes section. Did you check the separate Icons section too? (Home>Personalize>Icons)

Hello there,
Yes : no multiple iCloud accounts and yes, I’m checking in the “icon” section (sorry for writing theme).
Looking inside my settings, I just noticed the beta of clear was still there. I deleted it, tried a restore purchase again, restarting my iPhone, sadly with no success.
Ok for your solution. I send a mail at this address.
Ok wait : I do have a syncing problem though. Just checked on my ipad/phone and lists are not synced, even with my two apps icloud settings activated.
Any idea to troubleshoot this to see if it is linked to the issue ?
PS : I am afraid to loose all my themes if I have to do an export data/reset app procedure. Should I do something to prevent this ?
