Long term user but…

User from the start. Yesterday I was told my PRO subscription had ended and I lost my PRO connections.

According to Apple subscriptions my end date is 26 March 2026. I have a screen shot as proof. Please advise ? Disappointed it’s been a long journey!

Same thing happened to me.

It’s a glitch with the most recent update and is being worked on. For now, just Restore Purchases in the Shop. You might have to do it a lot of times though until there’s a fix.

If you navigate to the Clear Pro screen (back out twice to home level of Clear, then Clear Pro) there should be a Restore Purchases link if you scroll down. Does that restore your Clear Pro membership for now as a workaround as @r1y3 mentioned?

Thx for your reply. I lost my previous Clear app, so I am back to basics! Before its lost, I used restore twice in the shop area. Neither worked. From the Clear app how do navigate to the shop?

Hm. You can back out twice (pull down all the way to back, or pinch shut), maybe try Clear Pro from there then Restore Purchases. And I am around on iMessage today.

sorry I don’t understand. My screen says Welcome to Clear and then sets 3 file making tasks.

Managed to find my way around. Restored Pro x3 via restore. Is the only way to keep those settings. Thx for your support.

Ok! Apologies, we’re hoping to get to the bottom of this Pro status issue this week and issue a fix asap.

I find I am have to restore purchase on average 4x per day. This isn’t workable. For example when I restore my purchased list, defaults to black. Not sure what is happening. My subscription runs till 26 March 2026. I can not rely on the present software. This is a shame, mainly centred around restore purchases.

Hi, while we’ve heard that restoring purchases and then signing into the Cloud has addressed this for some users, it may only be a temporary fix. We are working quickly to get an update out that should resolve this, apologies again for the disruption!

Thx for your rely. I have tried restoring purchase while in iCloud. I get the same response. Trying yesterday was x 5 restores. I then gave up.

Hey Mike, can you grab 2.5.1 from the App Store and let me know if it fixes this? It might require one more Restore Purchases but I would expect it to fix having to continuously rejiggering it. Fingers crossed!
