Grass From purchase not what I expected

Hi, I bought the Grass Frog theme. I love the green. However, when viewing the list of lists, it uses a totally different green that I don’t love at all and is not at all a match with the green I was buying. The green I bought is only visible at the individual list level, not the list of lists. And this just makes me not want to use it. So feeling like I wasted my money! Is this a mistake? There’s nothing in the preview to indicate a totally different green being used at the list of lists level. Any advice? Options for refund?

I had the exact same issue after purchasing the Water Turtle theme. List of list colour was not as expected.

Refunds are handled by Apple.
If you want to request a refund:

  1. go to: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

  2. Tap on “I’d like to,” then choose “Request a refund.”

  3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

  4. Select the items from your purchase history and then tap Submit.

It will take between 24-48 hours to get an answer.

Clear team doesn’t have any control or decision regards refunds requests.

Hmm yeah I hear you the way the shop just previews the main list. You can pursue a refund, and for the time being the ‘icon’ of the themes do preview the my lists colors in thumbnail form. Most themes match level to level but some are different on purpose.
