Membership doesn’t work

I purchased membership in my iPhone,but my iPad mini doesn’t show me the Apple ID LOGIN menu(I DID login in my iPhone through that menu), even though I’ve restored purchase.

And also from web(app.useclear.com) also shows me I need to buy membership even though I have logged in properly with the id I’ve bought the membership.
