Login Issues with Clear Pro Subscription

HI there, big fan of the app.

I’m having the issue similar to others where I’ve been signed up for Clear Pro and logged in using the same email connected to my Apple ID. However, the desktop app and web are not letting me through the first pop-up.

Please let me know if there’s anything I can do. Thanks so much!
