I have not been using Clear for a while and My list had disappeared completely. Can you help ?
Hi, first off please do not delete your current Clear client to minimize the chance of permanent data loss.
If Clear has been updated recently, you should see “Support” in the Menu level. If you tap that it will open an iMessage chat where we can gather more details to help out!
