Help! I’ve been using Clear for a long time. Have finally done an update and got a quick window about the update then went to one of my lists. The type is huge, and the overlay of “create 2 items” and “check off 2 items” is frozen in place no matter where I scroll in the list. I can’t get out of that list, can’t see anything else. What is happening?
Hi there - it sounds like the new user onboarding activated upon updating, this could happen if you updated for the first time in quite a while.
Can I ask if you are able to perform the tasks on the onboarding overlay, the “create 2 items” and “check off 2 items”? After a couple short steps you’ll be prompted to navigate out of the list, completing the onboarding and unlocking the rest of the app.
