I’ve noticed that some of my list items aren’t saving on iOS. It’s probably because I minimize or close out of the app before clicking the blue check mark button. Hopefully I can train myself to remember to click the check mark, but in the meantime, it’s sad to be losing those entries. Is there anything else I can do for this?
Hi there - Clear should retain any open items and edits being made if it is simply minimized to the background and reopened. If it is fully force-quit in this state however, the edits will be lost if not confirmed.
As far as I am aware this behavior is native to iOS as force-quitting the application shuts it down in the background and any processes related to it. I will double-check with the team if this is a technical limitation. If this differs from what you are experiencing, please let us know!
I seem to be having the same problem. A list I was working on yesterday I had to minimize due to other tasks seems to have ‘forgotten’ all the items I added.
Not the first time. Earlier this week something similar happened, at that instance I tried cmd-z and the list repopulated.
