Clear won’t let me change icons or themes as a legacy user.
(I’m on a previous build that I can’t update for keeping the original invisible button)
Hi there - we’re aware of an issue causing previously purchased/unlocked Collectibles becoming locked for users and are investigating! I’ve DM’d a link to send over some logs that will provide us with more information for your case.
Ben, we’re over a month out from this and there have been no updates. Current TestFlight has not fixed this issue for me.
Is this issue still being worked on?
Hi @jaxson, we did deploy a hotfix for this issue in later August - could I have you try re-installing the current App Store version and checking if it has refreshed your Collectibles? If you are still encountering the issue I’ll collect fresh logs from you and we’ll take another look.
