I’m having an issue using Clear Web – it’s not loading anymore, just saying:
I’m not using it directly via the browser, I created a dock icon from Safari. I’ve been using it for months without issues, but this morning it suddenly popped up this error message.
I tried logging in again via the browser, which worked. I then created a new icon in dock, but the same issue happened again.
I kept digging and noticed it happens in browser as well when I hit reload. Same error.
Further investigation showed that the issue happens when opening URL: Clear App
If I go to https://app.useclear.com/ (without the /lists part), it will redirect me and work, but only once (i.e. until reload).
I tried creating a dock icon with the shorter URL, and it worked - but only once.
I found a temporary workaround. In the ‘web app’ I right click and select “< back”, which brings me to gray screen saying “Logging in…”. It just hangs there, but clicking “forward >” will work and show me my lists.
Please help in finding a stable solution!
