I have used Clear not only as a todo list, but a place for notes. I have a ton of notes in the app and it takes too long to launch, takes too long to confirm adding new entries, and setting a date. Freezes and lags on me.
And also I did not update to the new clear by choice, but the app updated itself. I only wish I could go back to the legacy version.
