Trying to get my lists back after update. At the top it says “New in 2.3”, but nothing else. Help please?
Hi, are you able to navigate to the Main Menu (pulling down, or tapping the back button just above the home bar) and use the Support feature there? This will connect you directly with us via iMessage and we can get more info to help get your lists back.
Hi. I finally figured it out by watching a YouTube video. The invisible back button is too invisible. I got them back by pulling down, but I needed two hands to tap the menu under the pull-down. Thanks.
Glad to hear this was sorted - not sure if this is what you’re describing, but you don’t need to tap the menu when swiping the card down! A quick flick down at that point will bring you to the next level.
As for the invisible back button, the intent was to have it gradually fade in visibility as it was used. If you’re a new user and never saw the button to begin with this may be a bug that we can investigate.
Thanks. I think it would be good to investigate. I really tried to find the invisible back button without results. I was relieved to find the YouTube video with the alternative drag-down option, but it did require two hands. One to drag down and one to tap the menu. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max with iOS 18.1 in case you need to know.
