Add task to a list outside of app

What is the best way to add a task to a list outside of clear.
Widget, will take us to set list to add task.

I tried to add a shortcut for clear, left task empty and pasted in the name of the list but when I invoke it says clear is not installed.

We did some initial work on shortcuts again but put it on pause to focus more on sync testing. I think after that ships we will probably return and wrap it up.
