Updated and now it’s a black screen

I’ve updated the app for first time in years and now I have a black screen whenever I open I’ve tried everything I cannot access at all and I have some important reminders I need asap! :weary:

Hey there, is your Clear client still encountering this issue? If it has been years since you’ve updated it sounds like you are moving from the Clear 1 client to the new Clear which may cause some issues.

If you aren’t stuck at a black screen anymore - using the “Support” feature in Clear’s main menu will directly connect with us via iMessage to gather some more information!
