Swiping to add or remove sometimes drops screen to bottom of list

Hi - I have a repeated issue that when Swiping to add or remove item from a list, the screen sometimes drops to bottom of list.
Not every single time but pretty much at least once every time I’m editing a list.
Any ideas?
