Or just tap the bottom of the screen to go back up a level. (Part of the problem here is your terminology is a little confusing)
Are you trying to swipe down from the list title? You can swipe on the middle of the screen. It works perfectly on my 14 Pro Max.
Same here. I feel like I’ve tried everything and I can’t get off the main screen. If I try to find the invisible button my keyboard pops up. Stuck
While doing the swipe action don’t start at the top of the phone. Move down a bit as a starting point. Also dragging your swipe a little longer works best over a quick swipe. In fact I think you can pretty much start the swipe down almost anywhere so long as it doesn’t interfere with an iOS function like control center as iOS will take priority most of the time.
main takeaway is start the swipe at least below the List title and drag the swap more than flick it. Many times if you flick the swipe it’ll open a list item for editing. You don’t need to drag your swipe slowly just hold onto it a little longer than you would a flick.
Also, worse case scenario if you can’t get it to work and the tap the bottom to go back gives you issues as well try using the two finger pinch! Just use two fingers to pinch inward toward eachother (like you’re making a photo small) and it’ll also take you back a level.
There is also an alternative exit gesture (pinch shut).
Can you send me an iMessage at phill@impending.com? It could be gesture tunings but I could also see it being related with the tutorial, or the setting to turn off the invisible button and I’m curious to get to the bottom of this.
