I’m super excited to get started and have paid for Pro but I seem to have broken the app. I can’t exit out of this list or find settings again no matter what I do and I can’t get rid of the “check off three items” prompt. I can add and delete items on this list and that’s it. Help!!
As you can see I’m in flight and that’s where I downloaded clear. Could this be the issue?
Can you swipe 3 different task list items from left to right to check off the items?
As Mer said, perhaps you need to complete 3 tasks on that list by swiping them right in order to continue. Otherwise, I would expect a pinch gesture to take you out of the list into the one above.
It’s been ages since I went through the welcome myself, and it will have changed since then for sure. So I cannot give more specific advices.
However, the app should act the same whether you downloaded it here or there. If the download failed somehow, the app won’t work at all.
No, I’ve checked off lots of items, that prompt won’t go away, pinching doesn’t seem to do anything. I was able to see the settings and other features before and now I can’t get there
I Checked off all the items, now I just have the title, if I swipe left on that it turns green and tries to share it, swiping right does nothing, nor does pinching, can’t access anything else on the app
Ok I’ve deleted the app and am download g it again. Maybe it had an error since I was in flight when I downloaded. I don’t have any lists there yet so it’s ok if I lose info. Hopefully I can start over!
After checking off 3 items (swiping left to right) can you pull up from the bottom to clear them. Maybe that will help?

Ok that did not work I had the same experience. I went to “my lists” and was able to start a new list but not able to back out of that one to the master screen. What am I doing wrong?
Ok I think it was a “me”problem !! I was swiping the wrong way and deleting instead of checking off . Hoping I’ve “fixed” it! I also disabled hiding any toolbars
Tap above that little white line at the very bottom to go back a level.
