Clear X (under development)

I gotcha. I can live with that haha.

Also, and on a different note, I like the pinch to shut and the animation looks good. The pull down on the left or right method to go back a page still exists in this beta as well. I honestly like them all. The back button is likely the quickest and certainly the easiest to use when moving multiple thoughts into another list though. I’d hate to see any of those methods disappear but then again it’s also two gestures that could be used for other features in future updates and I’d be fine with that as well.

Yeah I don’t want to end up with a whole bunch of gestures we regret, but with personalized gestures sometime in Clear’s future there is some room here. Back button could become a more general personalizable button etc.

Not sure what the drag and drop list personalization means? However, I hope this does not mean list titles are predetermined or fixed in a menu? That would be a very significant step backwards!

I noticed what may be a bug in this recent beta. It appears as a bug anyway.

When setting a reminder and the “set reminder” tab appears and you tap it as usual it brings up the date picker. The scroll wheel for minutes shows all minutes 00-59. When you choose your date and time and tap done all is as it should be. However if you return to that reminder by tapping the set time on the right it does open the date picker however now the minute wheel is only in increments of 5 rather than 1,2,3,4 and so on. Hope that made sense.

Thank you, noting it here. It’s intended to generally keep it locked down to 5 minute increments (to avoid tons of scrolling).

Makes sense to me. I rarely need to be anywhere at 9:01 lol.

Very excited for some of these changes and improvements, really looking forward to the web version. Just curious if there is an idea for when the custom gesture options are coming to the testflight version?

I think that would be the kind of project we’d have the bandwidth to dive more into after syncing ships and settles with bug fixing and such. Very interested in it but also have to unload some things off our plates!

Gotcha, I misunderstood and thought that was coming soon. Makes sense and thanks for explaining.

Just curious if there are any updates on the web based version? I know it’s been worked on, coming out soon hopefully?

I think we will be alpha testing it when we start testing sync in general, and yes hopefully that begins in January.
