Clear pro but no access to monthly themes

So I have updated to the newest version, and I don’t have access to the monthly themes in the personalize menu - despite having clear pro. I’ve already hit restore purchases as well, is anyone else having the same bug?

Yes. After the update I also lost all things. The only things I could restore were the purchase ones. Bummer

@Albertkinng it sounds like you may be describing a different issue of actually losing collectibles you’ve unlocked (not the free monthly selection)? If that is the case we can gather more information from you and look into your issue as well!

Just to let you know it’s the same for me.

I recently subscribed to Pro, and I don’t see the pro monthly themes in my collectable lists. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and clicked ‘restore purchases’ but they don’t appear. I have quite a few themes and icons that I purchased or got via rewards, and I’ve been using the official v2 version of the app for a while (since 2023). Hopefully those details help. I’m on the latest release: 2.5.9. Let me know what else I could try to do since I know the 2.5.9 release was meant to have updates that fix this issue.
