I have to turn up my phone’s volume to maybe twice the level needed for music or podcasts to hear the app’s sounds at a good volume. I like the sound option I have for Clear, but without turning the sound up on my phone every time I open the app and turning it back down when I close it, I can barely make out the sounds.

Will look into this once the launch dust settles. We actually did turn them down significantly for release (from the louder levels in beta). Rationale was I preferred to err on a little quieter vs. too loud for some to start before we fine tune.
