I’ve set two tasks to notify me at two separate times and I’m not getting either notification. When I check my list it shows the notification time crossed through but I didn’t receive any notifications. I’ve got notifications enabled in the Settings app

Hi! Could I ask for some more details and we can try to replicate the issue on our test devices:

1. which version of Clear (app store version or Testflight?)
2. what iPhone model and iOS version you are currently using

I’m using the App Store version 2.4.2

I’m using an iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 18.5

Thank you! Could I also have you check your phone’s “Focus Mode” settings? Some of us on the team had some weird issues with Focus modes being turned on seemingly randomly (which would mute push notifs) after updating to iOS 18.

Focus mode is off. I run that overnight but it turns off in the morning. I’m getting notifications from all my other apps, mail, messages, WhatsApp, etc

Thanks for checking on that, we’ll investigate here.

If any other users here have had issues with push notifications please let us know!

Just fyi on one of the list items I had set a reminder and it didn’t go off, so I reset that reminder for the next day. Then I set another reminder for a different list item for 30 mins later. Never got either of them. Here’s how I’ve got notifications set for Clear

Just ran another test. I got the notification on my watch, but not on my phone. Earlier I probably missed the notification on my watch because of multiple notifications at the same time. Problem is I still want it to show up on my phone

Got it, so far on our test devices the notifications appear to function properly using the same settings in the iOS notification menu that you shared. Will continue to experiment here - could you head to the App Store and manually check for an update we recently pushed and see if that happens to address things?

Just downloaded the newest version. I’m still having the same results, notification on my watch but not my phone.
