# Issue with Shop? Charged a Fee in Error

Hello, pardon if this isn’t the correct place to do this but I’m not sure where else to go with it so any direction would be super helpful.

Been a user of Clear Lists for a few months now. Recently decided to actually poke around the near-paralyzing depth of options and noticed the American Typewriter font available for “Free” as it was listed. Gave it a swipe, and I was charged $5.99 instantly. Not fun.

Don’t know if anyone else has experienced this issue but I was looking to get it resolved pronto. Any ideas?

That’s USD? Quite confusing because we don’t sell anything at that price! (Everything is $2.99)

Can you go to your App Store purchases tab, and see if you can find it there? And if so let me know the name of the IAP.
