I bought a new Iphone today and found out that I’ve logged in and downloaded Clear app with my previous email. Is it possible to recover the account? I’m a painter, I lost every clients details, recent purchases and custom commissions. This is really crucial for me and I need an assistance from developers themselves or at least help me to reach out to them. ---

Did you try, on your phone, Settings-\> Apple Account-\>Sign Out , then signing back in with the correct email? ---

The problem is I forgot every credential for my old email address. I can’t recover the old Apple ID. Is it possible for you to give me login informations, I can provide documents if needed. Can you check for accounts related to my name? I recently created another account to create a new topic in your forum page. Hi, Clear’s backups are tied to your iCloud account currently - is Apple’s support unable to help you retrieve access to the old account? I’m afraid without access to the old iCloud (where Clear’s data would be stored), or the old device with Clear installed and accessible, there is not much we can do on our end unfortunately.
