I am having a weird issue on the latest version where I have blank items in my to-do list in place of items I previously added. I don’t know if this is a known issue already, but it’s driving me crazy because I already forgot what the original items were and I am relying on this app to remind me about these items. ---

I just downloaded the new version and it looks like the empty list items from today are still there (they haven’t reverted to their previous text values). ---

Had the same issue for quite some time and was about to return to iOS Reminders app and ditch Clear for good. Glad it will be fixed. 😅 ---

I would expect in the future for new items to not disappear or revert back to a previous state. Keep me posted on this! ---

Yeah if you can hop on the latest, and let me know if things are smooth (after a day or two) or if you’re still encountering an issue like this one, that would be super helpful! We put this 2.5.1 patch on phased release so we’re going to check with you all before resuming its rollout to everyone. ---

I’ll be keeping an eye on it since I use Clear a lot for work related reminders. Was pretty disappointed to see that reminders are disappearing after I tap on the lock screen notification. ---

Ok keep me posted. I think it’s very likely the ‘list reversion’ issue was causing this, so hopefully it works as expected again now. But it’s possible it’s a more specific bug with reminders, we’ll keep an eye on support in general on this. ---

P.S. there does appear to be a more specific issue with reminders that we still need to fix, there was a very helpful report here that helped me reproduce. We will be investigating it! For now, I didn’t notice that reminders disappeared after I received a notification after that recent update. So, I guess, all is good for now. 🙂
