It sounds like a full-app text export feature might be a planned feature (or not?) but what about a radical version of this where the whole app database is text files in folders synced on iCloud.
Sounds like ninety separate nightmares and headaches to develop, so this is not something I’d ever expect to happen.
I think there are some systems like this like todo.txt.
I will say we are in a better place today to tackle syncing with a teammate with more backend/server experience, and I have some early thoughts on making it more ‘realtime’ like figma/google docs (with collaborative list editing)… hoping we get some mandate with enough early signs of success to dive into that next year.
